Another Raw Food Diet question…?
Anyone want to recommend any links to websites for me? I've found a bunch, but don't know which ones are the best/accurate ones to follow.
I want to know what I'm "allowed" to eat on the Raw Food way of life, as well as how to begin!
Do you have to cleanse/detox/do the laxative thing for the first few days or something?
I use to be vegetarian, almost vegan for a while and fell off the wagon. It was the best time of my life, never felt cleaner and happier…I want to do that again, but take it to another notch by going the raw food way, both because I don't want to consume animal by-products (don't bash me for this please) and I also want to get back down to a healthy weight (currently at 150lbs, 5'5" tall – largest I've ever been!!).
