Any tips on Full Body Detox?
a friend and i have started working out together and part of that is eating better. we were interested in doing a full body detox and cleansing for the health aspect. however, we don’t want to go the drugstore route with dietary supplements nor are we interested in the laxative treatment. i know there is a natural, healthy way out there, but we are having trouble finding something that will work and is safe. a routine or guide to follow would be most helpful. thank you!
