Detox soup recipe?
Has anyone got a nice recipe for a detox style soup, One that is good to eat as I just wont put myself through bad tasting stuff the way I am feeling!!
Here is a tasty detox soup recipe:
3 cups miso soup base
1/2 cup gobo (burdock root)
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup dry seaweed pieces
1/2 cup bok choy or other cabbage
bring to a boil and reduce to simmer 20-30 minutes and add:
3 T. parsley chopped
3 T. Green onions chopped
1/2 t cilantro
All of these ingredients are pretty easy to find if you have a decent market in the area, and every single ingredient help to support systems that promote elimination in one way or another. Also, it tastes great!
