How is one to know if they're intestines/colon is clean?What are the signs?
If you eat right (no fats and very little red meat), eat plenty of fiber and fruits and vegetables, you're clean.
Did you know that there are bacteria in your colon? so if you mean clean like the kitchen sink, you cannot. If you are regular then you shouldn't worry. People who have colonic irrigation are destroying the natural bacteria which inhabit the intestines and they can get into trouble that way.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
