I ride my bike often and I don’t have a bad diet, but I am 20 LB overweight (I have a bad BMI, too much body fat? My personal trainer was surprised because he said I do not look like that but that mnust be because where I should have muscle i have more fat!?? ew) – anyway, I really don’t see a difference, I have refused to take pills for as long as i remember, but I am so sick of the same problem…I need some assistance.

I have considered Hoodia & Acai- but i dont know if it works. If anything, I would not take Acai for weight-loss, but rather for cleansing.
What about Hoodia? whats your experience? btw im only 17 1/2 so dont reccomend anything extreme and un natural! I do not want to hurt myself…+ i search this often and I see many poeple respond “NOTHING DIET AND EXCERCISE” – I totally agree but this is not the case with me so please none of thatt, been there done that =)
i’m also female i am not trying to get brolic – but yes i want atleasy 8lb of muscle too lol
