What's a good and inexpensive way to clean out my colon?

I want to be able to clean out my bowels. **** and Span! I want to get out all my backed up sludge! Whats the best and cheapest way to do this?

Anyways, colonics. Go for one of those if you want to be clean. I only know that some herbal homeopathic places offer this because I actually had someone call the travel agency I was working at asking for "colonics". She had a heavy accent and I thought she wanted to book a trip to Kelowna. AWKWARD! So, I helped her find a number for some colonics company. Point of the story, they do exist.

However, at home…um…buy a kit from some natural homeopathic 'clinic'. Or take a turkey baster and warm water…probably messy, so do this in a bathtub or something.

Honestly, why don't you just buy some fiber – like metamucel is awesome! It's a lot better than my turkey baster plan and probably better than someone sticking a hose there. I do love metamucel – it's not just for the elderly! Just have a look at the drugstore for different laxitives (preferably fiber). Metamucel was frequently featured on the 'Price is Right', so I assume Bob Barker was a big fan! Try it out…

Drink about three 16oz glasses in three hours and be sure you have unrestricted assess to bathroom!
