Does anyone know if you can lose weight by Cleansing your Colon?
I was reading in several webpages that by cleansing the colon and flushing everything from your system you can lose up to 10 pounds. Is this true? Or anything from this sort?

Cleansing is good because it helps your body flush out the toxins built up. It should be done if you have a bad diet. If you eat healthy your body will naturally flush these things out.
