Is fasting the only way to really detox your body?
I have an excess of 15 pounds to lose and I am finding that just reducing my intake of food is not working for me. I lose 3 lbs. and that's it.
What can I do except fast?
well if you only have 15 excess, changing your diet alone isn't going to work : /
you need to excercise
running
lunges
jogging
biking
tennis
anything that get you moving
Just eat "light" foods and avoid eating large meals
fast will just make you weak. do like the bodybuilders do and eat 6 times a day (every 4 hours) but small portions, just enough to fill up.
it reduces the stomach bulk you get at dinner time, as you don't load up at the evening meal.
other than that, just sweat off the last 15 pound.
