What causes stomach or colon pain?
To start off with, pain is located below the rib cage, about center but a little towards the left. To describe the pain, its almost in between dull and sharp but more towards dull. The pain nearly takes my breath away. Also the pain occurs when my body is active. When resting (ex: sitting or laying), i feel no or minimal pain. Because of this, i feel some lower back pain, hunger pain, and constipation. I am only 19, still young and athletic. All these symptoms are a first for me. I think its all because of a bad diet? Maybe had too much protein shakes?
I posted pretty much the same q this morning. Im female and 27. WebMd has this thing you click on the body part and symptoms and it gives you ideas of what it may be. I have a dr appt at 3, maybe you should do the same. WebMd told me it was most likely my gallbladder or an ulcer. Ill know soon enough. Good luck!
