I have had a lot of problems with my digestion and my "you know" I have been taking lax and I am a health freak and know those are bad for me so I stopped taking them and so did my bathroom trips. I noticed this happened after I went through a series of diets to loose a little weight. I went through a detox and things to clean out my body. I felt wonderful and lost 17 lbs but i realized I also lost my bowel movements. I bought some prune juice and I hope this will help. What else can I try?
