Beyonce's Lemonade Detox Diet?
What do you think about Beyonce's Lemonade Detox Diet? Do you think if would work well? Is it safe/healthy? Would it be beneficial for a junior in high school? Is there a better Detox diet than this one? What are the pros and cons?
girl, don't even do it. yes, you will lost weight fast..but will gain it all back fast when you stop.
my advice is to take half of your body weight and drink that in ounces. this will help naturally detox your body naturally and will speed up your metabolism-not too mention hydrate your body and leave you with great looking skin as well.
another thing to drink that will help you is green tea. helps speed up the metabolism and has antioxidants which will help you too.
I don't know what Beyonce's detox is…why don't you tell us? I do know a good one is making a lemonade from lemon and water and adding a small amount of organic cayenne plus some organic maple syrup. (Don't overdo the spice!) The maple syrup stops cravings for food while the other ingredients move toxins out of your system. Use this detox formula for up to 3 days.
I am not sure about Beyonce's Lemonade diet, but me and few of my friends started drinking lemon juice in morning 30 min before breakfast in warm glass of water with some honey added.
BECAUSE lemon while mix in warm water works great for our body, it breaks the fatty substance in our system, and help lose weight.
Then we drink about 3-4 cups of hot green Tea, green tea is really good plenty of antioxidants and with few drops of lime/lemon added it taste great and helps lose weight, also clean your system, with all that hot water and herbal benefices of green tea and lemon in our body. That cleanse our system and flushes out all excess toxic from our body and makes it clean and lighter, Feel better in our belly and skin feels great now, hair looks shiny and more healthy more bouncy though.
So drinking warm lime water with honey added and drinking about 3-4 cups of hot green tea (5-6 days a week) with some lemon drops in it (i don't add sugar to it- but you may for lil taste or honey is even better) is really great! you know you are doing some thing good for your body.
I lost about 14Ibs, and i think these drinks helps a lot!
It's not beneficial. Most nutritionists agree that detoxing isn't necessary, and it can actually be harmful. There are almost no "pros" apart from that you may temporarily lose two or three pounds. The cons include: you won't be getting all the vitamins and minerals you need daily, calorie intake not high enough, low energy levels.
