Herbs and fibers ( natural) colon cleanse help plz!!!!?
i just bought "Sanar all natural colon cleanse 2000 " and it is all natural herbs and fibers and i wanted to know if its true that the natural cleansers like this one aren't dangerous like the other ones containing laxatives and other strong chemicals that can harm your body and if its safe to take one tablet every day or every other day, etc.?
Follow the directions on the pack. But an excellent natural cleanse is to drink lots of organic apple juice. (perhaps abut 750ml a day for a couple of days or more) and make sure you eat plenty of whole grain bread and cereals and lots of fresh fruit and veg, especially cabbage and brocolli. A large serving of blackcurrants is especially effective if you can get them. Works like magic.
Alternatively you could try an apple fast, where you eat nothing but apples and apple juice for three days. (You can cook the apples when you get tired of cold ones…) I tried this but only lasted two days!
