I need to find a "cleansing diet" program that's not really expensive to purchase? Does anyone know of one?
I can't spend more than $50 dollars or so, also need to find out if you can do a cleanse without buying special pills and powders? If so, what type foods should you eat? I need to drop about 15 or so pounds for an event at the end of May…I had a baby a few months back and I still feel bloated and tired because of the extra weight. I'd like to loose at least 15 rather quickly for my event and then get on a regular diet program (ie Weight Watchers) to loose the remaining pounds.

Try buying fresh fruit and vegetables ( apples, carrots, oranges) and juicing them.

you dont need to buy cleansing diet or any pills there,just water and uncook foods like fruits are very effective cleansing..based on my personal experienced i only drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits then it works a lot..try it safe and healthy

I just saw today GNC has a body cleanse kit thingy for about $25. you should give that one a try.
Ew I did a cleansing diet and after one day I woke up and was so sick and sweating and ate some cereal and was better….lets just say it didnt relly work for me..
The cleanse diet kit should be purchasable below $50.
