So for the past couple of years I’ve been hearing a lot about this Master Cleanse Detox and how successful it is and so, after some thorough research, I’ve decided to try it out!The detox came into mainststeam prominance when Beyonce commented about losing 20 lbs for the Dreamgirls movie by using this detox. It consists of a handful of lemons, cayenne pepper, water and maple syrup. On paper, this sounds disgusting and I really hope this isn’t the case!
I’ve watched so many youtube “before and afters” and whilst I acknowledge that this detox isn’t a healthy “get slim quick” regime, I’d still like to try it. I will be starting the detox tomorrow and will be documenting how I feel each day for 10 days (eek!). There are some women out there (on YT) that have fasted for 40 days! X_______X. I love my food too much to fast for THAT long lmao!
I have zero will power but i’m really determined to stick this fast out. Wish me luck (and pray for me!)
