No bowel movement/elimination during my juice fast is this common?
I have been doing a juice fast to detox the body and give my little digestive system a break. I am hoping to end it next Monday or Tuesday night. I will outline my fast so far:
Day 1 Tuesday: juice fasting with white grape juice around 1pm slip up with a beef with red chili burrito, rest of the day juice. water maybe 16 oz
Day2 Wednesday white grape juice, apple juice, organic vegetable broth, and an enema. I also have been mixing 1tbsp of bentonite clay and 2 tsp of psylium husks. Senna tea before bed. oh sometime during the day I had peppermint tea too water maybe 16 oz
Day 3 Thursday (today) : organic and unfiltered apple juice, green plant juice (Trader Joe's looks yucky but very yummy), orgranic white grape juice I went shopping the night before to get organic juices. Had an enema midday. Organic vegetable broth and now I am going to have more senna tea before bed Oh I had a little bitty piece of chicken breast ( i know i know couldn't fight the urge not to) and about 16 oz of yerba mate tea
So I what can I do to help eliminations/bowel movements? Increase my enemas or keep it at one a day? Use a slightly stronger laxative? Also I saw on the internet that I should be drinking a gallon of fluids but I know I don't but I think that's too much for my little body. I am 4'11" and weigh 135lbs.I f a drink a cup of water I get full sometimes. Should be drinking more water in addition to the juice? I also have powder greens (like nutrients from green plants) should I be adding that to my juices?
I need a little guidance here………
