Okay so I am not some weirdo desperate to lose weight in 3 days or less. It's just that I have a huge event and I already got my dress and it is extremely tight on top so it doesn't fall…
And problem is I got my period so it makes me really bloated and it is almost finishing but I need one of those quick diets that will detox me and take the bloating away….
Sort of like those 2 days be fore a red carpet event diet…..(nothing with pills or not eating)

I find that when I eat lighter durring my period it's not so bad.
Also take some Midol. They always work like gold for me, and take any cramps, and bloating I have right away.
