I have really bad intestinal pain with lots of sharp painful gas only when i have my period os that normal?
I get really bad pain in my lower intestines along with sharp painful gasses that seem to be trapped. i feel constipated even though my stool is soft. i cant go to release the stool because gas is in the way. and when i do release it, it is super painful to my lower abs and colon area. i ONLY get this when i have my period, is this normal or should i be super worried?
