Alright, so around a year ago, my stool was extremely hard, my stool had blood in it too. I looked up the internet and saw the symotoms of Colon Cancer. I got extremely worried. We checked out a gynach and he checked my stool, said everything was fine, but that I needed a certain medicine to take to soften the stools. Just to be sure, we DID take a lab test, and I did NOT have Occult Blood, so obviously I was Colon Cancer free. I just had When my dad told the doctor I was crying so much over thinking I had Colon Cancer, I just had an anal fisher (cut) He got angry with me and said that its so unlikely because I'm only 19, and that if I did have it my stomach would be hard, but mine was as soft as ever. He told me not to look up the net and leave it to the doctor. :/
Sometime ago, I was under a LOT of tension, a LOT, I was anxiously waiting for my Board exam results, so at the time in my life this whole watery stool started, I thought it was IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Anyway, here I am, a year later, 20, and I'm facing the same problem still. They've been like water for so long now. I do not have rectal pain, abdominal pain, no nausia feeling, NO BLOOD in my poop at all. Just an urge to use the loo when I need to poop and poop is like water every damn day for about a few months. Lots of gas. My stool is also watery and dark brown, and that was said to be a symptom of CC, so I'm again super worried. 
My stomach is NOT hard. It's soft. I had stopped taking that medicine long ago, so it's nothing to do with the medicine. I DO NOT drink lots of water. What could be wrong? IBS or CC? I BEG FOR ANSWERS
