Can juice fasting be done with store bought juice?
I want to begin a Juice Colon Cleansing Fast but I do not own a juicer. I was hoping I could just get juice from the super market to use. Is this a bad idea?
Sure you can, but it'll get expensive and the store bought juices are usually full of sugar, dyes and preservatives and less fiber.
It won't have the same effect as home squeezed juice.

Yes, but fresh squeezed home made juice is better. Fresh, homemade juice is superior to pasteurized juice on several different levels including taste, smell and nutrition. Today, over 95% of commercially available juice is pasteurized, which means juice is heated to high temperatures to destroy bacteria. Juice manufacturers then add chemical compounds back to pasteurized juice, via "flavor packs", to replace the aroma and taste that is destroyed by pasteurization’s high heat

The juice fast could be done with store bought ones, yes…. Please be careful not to do it for the wrong reasons.
Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of junk science. But yes, there are natural products to do it. Most systems use bulk-forming laxatives (much like metamucil).

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
