How can i get my colon and stomach cleaned well? Any home methods?

Go to Welgreen or CVS And get it.

This may sound disgusting, but it is the topic of discussion.

1. Eat a lot of Fruit and Fiber.
2. Take a Laxative every now-and-then.
3. Drink some Coffee . . . stay away from a lot of teas. Teas can lead to "blockage" in large quantities. A doctor told 2 of my family members to stop drinking so much tea because they were becoming constipated. Since cutting back on tea, they are fine.
4. I know this is disgusting, but it works. Give yourself an over-the-counter Enema once a year.

I hope everything comes out okay.

All Bran for breakfast everyday, marvellous. Certainly no colonic irrigation.

drink only water for a month. no foods, no nothing else. Just water, for the rest of your life and you will clean your system really well.

I do not see any point in cleaning the system artificially or at all. The only medical reason for doing something like this is for surgery or colonoscopy. It doesn't help to make your tummy look flatter, It doesn't help to make you look slimmer, It doesn't help your digestive tract at all.
