Tactus is specialist op het terrein van verslavingszorg. Wij bieden hulp aan mensen die in de problemen zijn gekomen of dreigen te komen door alcohol, drugs, medicijnen, gokken, gamen, eten of een combinatie daarvan. Door onze professionele aanpak bieden wij passende zorg aan mensen met verslavingsproblemen en hun naasten. Daarnaast zet Tactus zich in om op een respectvolle en zorgvuldige wijze voorlichting en advies te geven over bewust omgaan met gebruik.
Tactus Verslavingszorg heeft circa 40 locaties, verspreid over diverse plaatsen in Gelderland, Overijssel en Flevoland. Wij willen voor ons circa 1200 medewerkers een organisatie zijn waar zij trots op zijn, waarin een open en creatieve werksfeer heerst en uitgenodigd worden om hun talenten steeds vakkundiger in te zetten voor haar cliënten.
Bij het circuit Behandeling en Begeleiding Stedendriehoek, op de afdeling Crisis/Detox van de locatie Piet Heinstraat te Zutphen, zijn wij op korte termijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste
voor gemiddeld 32 uur per week De afdeling
De Opname Afdeling heeft een capaciteit van 18 bedden waarvan er 10 zijn voor de crisis/detox. Onder leiding van de arts vindt naast kortdurende crisisinterventie geprotocolleerde ontgifting (detox) plaats volgende de Richtlijnen van Resultaten Scoren. De opnameduur varieert van 4 tot 15 dagen. Het team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden
De functie
- Je realiseert een optimaal (therapeutisch) leefklimaat van de afdeling.
- Je voert (onderdelen van) het behandelprogramma uit.
- Je houdt toezicht op het naleven van het huishoudelijke reglement en de afdelingsregels.
- Je voert werkzaamheden uit op het gebied van observatie (bloeddruk, temperatuur etc.), begeleiding bij ADL activiteiten en verzorging voortvloeiend uit de individuele zorgplannen.
- Je intervenieert in crisissituaties.
- Je begeleidt stagiaires.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de uitvoering van de zorg naar cliënten en het in toenemende mate geprotocolleerd werken.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt minimaal een relevante MBO-opleiding niveau 4, aangevuld met relevante ervaringskennis van zorg en/of hulpverlening, of HBO-V.
- Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de verslavingszorg en je hebt enige ervaring in het werken in de psychiatrie of de verslavingszorg.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en kunt goed zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband werken.
- Je bent in staat om te gaan met conflicten.
- Je bent in staat cliënten te motiveren.
- Je bent bereid in onregelmatige diensten te werken.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
Wij bieden
Tactus kent marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder een uitgebreid meerkeuzesysteem. Daarnaast voeren wij een actief scholingsbeleid. De functie is conform de CAO-GGZ ingedeeld in FWG functiegroep 45. Het salaris bedraagt minimaal € 1.707,– en maximaal € 2.904,– bruto per maand bij een volledig dienstverband (salarisniveau 1 augustus 2010). Inschaling is op basis van relevante werkervaring.
