Your colon can get some buildup from a low fibre diet. If you want to fix that, eat high fibre foods and drink lots of water.
The only way to lose weight is to eat a calorie reduced diet with mild exercise. 1400 calroies a day with a diet focusing on proteins, a few good fats (nuts, peanut butter, avacados), fruit, vegies and dairy. No sugars, no starches, some good carbs.
Also drink 1.5-2L of water daily. Dont skip breakfast and eat 5-6 small meals a day.
You dont need to work out intensivley. At least not at first.
