HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED THE HEAVY METAL CLEANSE?
I went to a holistic doctor that informed me that I had a heavy metal toxicity and I was wondering if any of you have tried the heavy metal cleansing and if it worked for you. Did it make you puck and poop a lot?

Its a scam.
If you had heavy metal ‘toxicity’ you would be too sick to be writing this.
The cleanses don’t work and are unnecessary. “Detox” has no meaning outside of the clinical treatment for drug addiction and poisoning.

how do you know the whole body cleanse is working? I am peeing more but haven’t pooped in two days?

Eat a grapefruit
that’ll make your poop!
Also if your cleanse is just all liquids, you’re going to pee it out until it loosens all the solids in your body, so it may take a day or two to poop that stuff out as well
natural diuretics and laxatives are grapefruits, oranges, anything high in vitamin c, coffee, chocolate, something cooked with olive oil, lemon, asparagus, chocolate, pro biotic yogurt with FLAX SEED!!!
Proteins, dairy and some other sweets can back you up
also if youre PMSing, women tend to be constipated until their period comes

My friend is on the “Wild Rose D-Tox” cleanse, which consists of not eating sugars, wheats, yeast, and processed food, in addition to taking some herbal supplements and laxatives.
She is perplexed, because her poop has a fragrance like fruit, and doesn’t smell bad, only sweet.
Does anyone have any insight??
What in particular might cause this?

Because she is detoxing her body, it is getting rid of the things left over. Sugar is the hardest thing to get out your system. The cleanse is removing it thats all. As long as she is being healthy about it she should be okay. If she is still concerned she should speak to a profesional about it. Try a herbalist or natural food store, they would probaly be alot more helpful.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast.
