Death Penalty here in the Philippines was abolished due to a lot of factor, from church opposition to people rallies. Philippines is a catholic country so a lot of people are opposing to bring back or revive this penalty. Thats why a lot of drug mules are lurking in this country.

Crocodiles are often active at night and rest in the daytime, so they seem very inactive much of the time. Btw gaping has nothing to do with waiting for food; they hunt actively. Like other reptiles, crocodiles probably gape as a warning to an intruder, like a nearby human–no wonder they always seem to have jaws open when photographed.

It is just a rumor. My english professor has seen the footage of the stingray “attack” and while I haven’t even looked for it I’m sure she wouldn’t just make that up.
I also want to add that he didn’t think he was invunerable to attacks. Nobody in that profession does. They push limits yes, but they always know something can happen to them. In fact he has been known to say he wasn’t nearly as comfortable in water as he was on land, which makes sense since you can’t move nearly as fast in the water.
