28 year old woman with pain in the Lower Left abdomen?
Pain occurs in the lower left abdomen in the area around/just above the sigmoid colon. It is dull niggling pain similar to a stitch. Gets much worse with moderate exercise; very painful with hard exercise. Getting progressively worse over the past month. Not pregnant, normal menstrual cycles. No diarrhea or constipation, no fever or vomiting. Pain is only on the left side. Any similar cases or information?

having constant pain for month in lower left side(sigmoid colon according to doctor), went o doctor, after CT Scans ,colonoscopy and buch of other test,nothing came up, took so many pain killers prescb by doctor they wont help, any thing helping is pain spray, when i feel heat, i feel totoaly normal,any thoughts?
