I just bought a bottle of super colon cleanse the other day. I read the directions which said for adults to take 4 pills 3 times a day. Just wondering if i should really be taking that much?

Unless your doctor recommended it, throw it out. Your body takes care of excreting waste on its own. Most of those products are a waste of money, if not possibly harmful.

When I first took it I mixed 2 teaspoons to some juice and only took it that 1 time. I am going to try it again but how many times a day would it be best to do it.

As far as I can tell, there are no proven weight loss benefits from the acai berry, juice, or capsules.
It does seem to be a great supplement (I take it, but don’t sell the stuff!) and is full of anti oxidents, which help prevent damage to your body. But that’s what you should take it for, not weight loss or fat burning.
The acai berry itself is an amazing thing – has a lot of anti oxidents etc and is really good for you.
But there’s nothing really to suggest in scientific terms that it helps with weight loss.
And there are a lot of scams out there, be careful where you buy it from!
I take it, and I think I feel healthier and better. But it’s not some type of magic formula, sorry.

I have been taking Super Colon Cleanse and its been 2 days n it hasnt worked! What am i doing wrong?
the dosage is 4 capsules 3 times a day i took 4 of them twice and well ma said to take 6 instead n i did the 2nd day but still its not working! but i kinda ate b4 on the first day but on the 2nd day i didnt eat but afta a lil while i did but still nothing! Please recommend SAFE and good colon cleansers please n cheap as well THANKS!!!

No.1 to 2 lbs a week is the safe limit.
You will upset your body’s delicate balance with that rubbish.
The colon is self cleansing.
Just eat sensibly for a couple of weeks.
No added salt, sugar, no fried foods or fast foods.
Be energetic and stay healthy.
