hepatitis c please help regarding clearing from body?

I was diagnosed with hep c about 6 months ago, upon further blood work, the doctor says it has cleared from my body and i am very lucky, there was so little hep c (since it has cleared the test i guess could not determine a viral load or genotype, i am curious, if it has cleared could i still transmit it to others, partner, baby, etc. and what about alcohol consumption (liver enzymes are excellent (and since it may be cleared, would it still affect the liver) which is surprising for someone with hep C to go back and see him again and just did bloodwork, so i pray it is still gone. What are the chances of it ever returning,if i remain clear (the exact same virus I had, not a new one or a new viral load, since i have been on my best behaviour, will it ever come back, Any advice, info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Loads. Also if the actual virus, even when cleared will always remain in your blood, what about blood donation or organ donation. Also advice for homeopathic remedies, as per the book by Trudeau and other sites I have researched (Colon and liver cleanse, hydrogen peroxide therapy, and licorice supplement, good luck to all, I hope so,e day we can all fight this nasty disease.
