I heard cleaning yor colon was a good way to loose weight but how do I do that with out pills I'm 12 and my parents wouldn't allow anything that serious

a fruit and vegetable fast would probably work. or a juice fast (water down the juice). I'm no expert on fasting, though.

How do you clean your colon WITHOUT pills i'm ok with drinks and foods tho?
