Lisa Snowdon has revealed that she has lost weight by ditching coffee and enjoying the benefits of colonic irrigation.

She explained that she changed her diet back in January, cutting out coffee and the junk food that is constantly on hand when she is at work presenting the Capital Breakfast Show with Johnny Vaughn.
The 38-year-old said that she could eat whatever she wanted in her 20s, but that now her metabolism has slowed down so she has to watch her diet.
She explained that colonic irrigations have made her feel more refreshed and healthy too.
