When taking an air enema, how do I get that nice full feeling higher in my abdomen without a colon tube?
I have tried it twice now and gotten some nice distension, but I only really feel filled up in the very lowest part of my abdomen. Watching people on youtube, it looks like they get plenty of air up as high as right below their sternum, and it looks like it feels cool. However, I don't have the supplies necessary to get a tube deeper inside (like a colon tube), so is there any other way I can get that full feeling higher up? Thank you for the help!
I have done this recently as well but I wasn't going for any distention, just a slight full feeling inside. Did you use an enema bag with air in it or some kind of pump? I wouldn't recommend using a colon tube for it because starting an inflation that high up just doesn't seem like it would be a good idea; you could perforate yourself.

I’ve learned newer and more effective things by your site. One other thing I’d like to say is newer laptop or computer os’s are inclined to allow additional memory for use, but they also demand more ram simply to perform. If one’s computer could not handle additional memory as well as the newest software package requires that memory increase, it can be the time to shop for a new Laptop. Thanks
