Caveman daily food–Fruit, meat, vegetables, seeds, nuts.
21st century man daily food–Milk, dairy, gluten, fish and chips, greasy bacon and eggs, chocolate, ice cream, burger king.
Eating bad foods on a regular basis can gradually give bad bacteria the upper hand and can have an impact on the colon. As a result the colon does not function properly and can cause constipation. Constipation can then store even more bad toxins that can lead to other diseases over the years.
Why do people choose to be ignorant and eat like a pig? Why else is bowel disease on the increase?
Go have one if you insist, but I refuse. It's not necessary for the average person and I don't believe the bunk. If you think it makes you feel better, it probably will.
