Alcohol Detox: Librium withdrawal?
i just got out of a 5 day detox for alcohol this morning. They gave me librium (2 per day, then 1, then none my last day, today). Now its almost 5 in the morning and im not tired at all and feel jittery. I've only been able to find mixed facts and opinions about librium withdrawal.
should i even feel withdrawal from taking only 5 or 6 10mg pills of librium over a week?
Everyone is different. Keep occupied. It largely depends on the state of your liver. If you have cirrohsis you are already done so to speak. Nothing will improve only not get worse. If you have fatty liver or fibrosis you will see improvements from 72 hours (a joke as far as i'm concerned but that's what i was told) to 6 months. Surely they've sent you to rehab.
