Quite a bit. Chole is the prefix for your gallbladder, and Colo is the prefix for your colon.
I have never heard of "cholestomy" There is a "colectomy" or a "cholecystectomy". A colectomy is when they remove a portion of your colon, but then close you back up and nothing remains on the outside. A cholecystectomy is when they removed your gallbladder.
