hello. since i have beens taking NSAID's for a long time, it may have caused soem liver/kidney damage. what can i do? is there anything, such as a detox diet, that can reverse this? tahnks
The detox diet is to stop the NSAIDS.

It is difficult to un-ring a bell…. it is much better to prevent it.
The physician can also evaluate the need for what you are using or have an alternative that works better without the extra risk. Anyone taking over 2.4 grams of tylenol/motrin/aspirin a day on a chronic basis elevates their risk for liver damage or renal damage.
