I had bad pain in my side and the doctors took a x-ray and said i had a lot of bile/stool backed up in my colon. I have tried everything but nothing has worked. what's the best colon cleanse. And does anyone know of a percedure where they hook you up to a machine and suck everything out of you? someone told about this?

My Dad knew a guy that ate a snadwich bag size amount of whole peanuts every day to prevent any problems with his colon. The ground up peanut shells don't digest and scrapes the sides of your colon as it leaves. Try that.

At any pharmacy you can buy a bottle of Citroma (which we fondly call 'the green tornado') or a bottle of Fleet's Phospho-soda. Take as directed. These products get your colon clean enuff for a colonoscopy procedure. You can't do much better than that!

yes i have heard of the porcedure, we British call it the Royal Flush, Princess Di was for ever having it done, however you don't have to go to that extreme i take what i call The Spring Clean Drink. 8 oz pears,4 oz cabbage,2oz celery stalks,1oz watercress. Juice all ingredients in a juicer drop in a couple of ice cubes . I do this once a week it works beleive me. good luck.
