there are so many products out there that claim to flush out your system… does anyone recommend any particular product?

If you are really serious about colon cleansing, see your doctor. Do not try these OTC remedies – they can do a lot of damage if you are not careful 
Eat Spinach even though it may not taste to good
i use a wire brush on a drill
Fast for half a day and have a nice bran cereal.
prune juice, eating ALOT! of grapes, milk of magnesia, or enema
bran flakes, cheap and effective.
one tea spoon castor oil.
mag-citrate, u can buy it over the counter……..it will make u go for sure
Book yourself an appointment to have a colonic irrigation, you will shed pounds of matter that has been sitting inside you for a lond time.
I would say that eating a diet, everyday, with fiber is the best maintenance plan. But to make up for not eating right, get a high colonic for a good cleaning and then make sure you eat plenty of fiber from then on. I wouldn't recommend "products" as they can be quite "painful".
By the way… spinach tastes GREAT!
Lots of Fibre! Seriously!!!! It has NO nutritional value, but is wonderful to clean yourself out and get rid of all those toxics and prevent Colon cancer!

Supposedly, people believe that one should fast to cleanse the colon because of food staying in the colon creases.
From what I have read, this simply is not true.
If you want to keep your colon "clean", eat foods high in fiber.
Eat healthy food, especially high fiber foods like vegetables and fruit. Get lots of exercise and fresh air. Your body knows better how to take care of itself if you give it the right tools to work with.
All products that are sold either by a doctor or "nutritionists" that aren't whole foods have side effects that may be worse than whatever you may be suffering from.
Seriously, eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning and drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water every day. You will feel great in a couple of days.
Colonic treatments would do the trick for sure. If it is your first time it may take a few of them to really get out all the crap (pun intended) that lines and crusts onto the side of your colon. Afterwards be sure to take probiotics to help restore a healthy balance of good bacteria.
There is a tea that you can purchase, It is called Chirocleanse. You can usually purchase it from your local chiropractor. It works really well. Just follow the directions on the box. You may be able to purchase it on line also.
get some ex-lax (chocolate) it works great! also its hilarious to watch your friend eat it without them knowing it. put it in anything that has to do with chocolate like brownies, cake, shakes, etc. make sure you take out the toilet paper rolls from in the bathroom too!

Lemon juice. Drink a cup of water every morning, with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Wait 10 to 30 minutes before eating.
There are products you can find at your local health food store such as organic clay which can be eaten. There are also colonics and other methods. I would have to recommend the simplest method though. That is to eat foods high in fiber like dark green vegetables, fruits and other types of roughage. Stick to whats natural and you will lessen the possiblity of any side effects.
