If you feel fine after 2-3 hours, you can slowly increase your intake of food. One thing to keep in mind is that fats (oils, butter, lard, etc) is very difficult to digest. Keep fats out of your diet for at least another 24 hours after your cleansing so that you allow your digestive system time to acclimate to your usual diet again.
